David,

If we plan to graduate in June or July, are we still eligible for the two grants?

Thanks.

Vinh, the grants are administered by the useR! organizers, so I suggest you direct your question to the conference bursaries at the email address on the linked page. Best of luck!

David,

I read at useR2011 website that grants for traveling is only for US PhD students. Could you please tell me is it also for a person who is living in Europe but not in UK?

Thanks,

Hi Jacki, the travel grants are for US PhD students only; check with the UseR organizers re the accommodation grants.

Congratulations to all graduating students out there! I wish I could join you guys but I can't. Wish you all the best in your travel.
