If you missed today's webcast on Revolution R Enterprise: 100% R and more, the slides from the presentation are now available for download, and a replay of the webcast (in WMV format) will be available at that same link very soon. And if you missed some of the links I mentioned in the presentation, here they are for your convenience:
- Overview of Revolution R Enterprise (by the way, page 2 of PDF is great for spreading the word about the benefits of R)
- "R is Hot" whitepaper (a longer article, also great for spreading the word about R)
- "Old Wives" census analysis white paper and video
- List of R Resources on the Web from inside-R.org
- Revolution R performance benchmarks from multi-threaded Intel MKL library
- Pretty R syntax code highlighting web tool
- Revolution Productivity Environment demonstration of step-debugging in R
- Revolution R Enterprise free Academic download
I hope you enjoyed the presentation, and feel free to email me with any questions we didn't get a chance to address in the Q&A session.
Revolution Analytics Webinars: Revolution R Enterprise: 100% R and more
David,
What's the deal with wanting people to register just to view the presentation? Come on, this is just fishing for contacts. I have no intention of buying Revolution R (I work at a university) and am highly unlikely to use the free version (I also do work at a for-profit research consultancy and don't want to flip between environments depending on what I happen to be working on today). Doesn't mean I'm not interested in what you guys are doing.

Hi Gavin,
Thanks for the feedback about our website -- I really appreciate it. I hear you on the forms, and there's definitely a balance to be struck between being able to provide info to people who might buy Revolution R and people who just want the info. In any case, here's a direct link to those slides so you can download them without using the form -- hope it's useful.

Thank you very much for providing the direct link, David. Really interesting presentation, and nice to see the value-added you guys are doing on top of standard R.
