I'm at the sold-out O'Reilly Strata : Making Data Work conference today (Revolution Analytics is a sponsor). It's the first year of this conference and the first I've attended focused purely on big-data issues. There's a great vibe here, and I've already bumped into several R hackers in the hallways. The Wi-Fi gods be willing, I'll be blogging during the two days of the conference, and if you're here do drop by the Revolution Analytics booth in the Exhibitition Pavilion - we have lots of R-related goodies to give away, including the limited-edition "I ♥ R" T-shirt.
By the way -- a quick tip for Strata attendees. If you use Google Calendar on your iPhone/iPad or other Mobile device, you can add the Strata conference schedule at a calendar to your Google Calendar account with this WebCal address: go to Calendar Settings > Calendars > Browse Interesting Calendars > Add by URL, and then visit the Google Sync page to have the conference schedule appear in the Calendar app. Handy!
O'Reilly: StrataConf 2011
Any chance a poor soul who didn't make it to the conference could get in on the r loving t-shirt wearing action?
