TheBestColleges.org has just published their list of the "Top 50 Statistics Blogs of 2011", and I'm pleased say that not only did our own Revolutions blog make the list, but it's in fine company with some truly excellent blogs. Several of my personal favourites made the list, including:
- Guardian columnist Ben Goldacre's Bad Science blog
- The Dataists, a blog featuring posts from the thought leaders in data science
- FiveThirtyEight, Nate Silver's NYT column on politics and statistics
- Flowing Data, Nathan Yau's data visualization blog (which we link to here regularly)
- OkTrends, OkCupids massively entertaining blog (which often features analysis done in R)
- The Endeavour, John Cook's eminently approachable blog on probability and statistics
- Zero Intelligence Agents, Drew Conway's journal of just data science applications
These are just a few that caught my eye -- you should defintely check them out and the rest of the blogs listed at the link below.
