Dallas R Users Group seems to be missing on the calendar.

A bit late, but CambR (the Cambridge R User Group) met in November, with presentations by Andy South on making maps with rworldmap and by Matt Sundquist of Plotly on making interactive plots.
The CambR organizers are Mark Dunning and Laurent Gatto, and they set up a Meetup site: http://www.meetup.com/Cambridge-R-Users-Group-Meetup/
