Another new machine learning package is the OneR package: OneR (CRAN)

It implements the One Rule (OneR) Machine Learning classification algorithm. It is useful as a baseline for machine learning models and the rules are often helpful heuristics.

A step-by-step quick start guide can be watched here: OneR quick start video (youtube)

The vignette can be found here: OneR vignette (github)

It is constantly updated (current version 1.3).

(Full disclosure: I am the author of this package)
