It's very cold here in Chicago right now. It's not down to 5°F to (-15°C) yet, but it looks like it'll get there in the next couple of days. I'd say I'd try freezing bubbles like this — the formation of the ice crystals is very cool — but honestly when it gets that cold going outside is the last thing I'm likely to do. (Via Kottke.)
