Can you please provide some information on how you acquired information on parameters that are usually not structed in the Electronic Health Record like e.g. asthma, iron deficiency, depression, pneumonia…? If it has any interest Treat Systems (http://bit.ly/2pmJb7T) has used Causal Probabilistic Networks to the probability of bacteraemia (clinically relevant positive blood cultures) and probability of death within 30 days for infectious patients.
